Vet the vendors\u2019 options to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed industry standards. Make recommendations and sell the client the best option. Produce a precise contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option. Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs. Flight follow to ensure a smooth travel experience and pass movement messages. Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator and ensure a seamless transportation experience. Collect invoices to close the trip and send to accounting. Provide customer care and retention.
