We operate seamless 24 hour daytime communication centers by utilising the latest technology over two different time zones across the world with fully staffed offices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will never get a staff member operating from a mobile phone or at home, you will never reach voice mail. There are no pagers, no answering service, just experienced friendly staff answering your call within 20 seconds, ready to assist 24 hours a day, every day of the year.<\/p>\n
Our flight following is second to none. Our teams do not rely solely on automated flight tracking which is often proven to be inaccurate. We flight follow by getting our times directly from the last point of contact with either the aircraft, the pilots, ground handlers and FBOs or, if necessary in remote areas we flight track with the ATC tower at each specific airport.<\/p>\n
