Space Systems – Logistics
Space Go Beyond the Final Destination
We have come a long way since the earliest man-made rockets. The first known examples were the Chinese fire arrows of the 13th century. But modern rocketry—controlled, scientific flight—reached a milestone in 1926, when Robert H. Goddard launched the world’s first liquid-fueled rocket on March 16 in Auburn, Massachusetts. It travelled 56 meters (184 feet) and reached an altitude of 12 meters (41 feet), marking the beginning of the space age as we know it.
Since 1992, beginning with our support for the NASA Shuttle Program, Le Bas International has proudly provided global air-charter solutions to many of the world’s leading launch providers and satellite manufacturers. This October, we celebrated 35 years of service. Our focus remains on flexibility and our guiding philosophy: Global reach, Personal touch™.
